New York Times Aricle: A Move Towards Greater Social Harmony

I can't say that I'm yet aware of this shift toward greater social harmony here in Dinghai, but I can say that I'm seeing a lot of the problems this article refers to. It's interesting to hear what's happening at the top here in China.
